One form, one inbox, and no message lost between three people
How to reach us
One office, one inbox and one number. Whichever you use, the enquiry reaches the person who works on that subject.
Phone
Answered in the office during working hours. Outside them, write instead and the reply is waiting when the day starts.
The only address we publish, and the one the form below reaches. Nothing is routed through a ticketing queue.
Office
ItalRegist Pro
Via Dante Alighieri 24
20123 Milano MI
Italy
In the centre of Milan, a short walk from the Chamber of Commerce and the notaries we work with. Visits are by appointment, so that the person you need is there.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET/CEST)
Italian time. A message sent over the weekend is read on Monday, and one sent during the August closure period gets a note saying when it will be answered properly.
Before you write
Three things turn a first reply from generic into useful. The rest we can ask about afterwards.
What you want to end up with
A company, a branch, a licence, a VAT number. The end state decides almost everything before it.
Where you are resident
Residence decides which route is open to you, and which of them needs a visa alongside it.
What already exists on your side
A foreign parent company, a signed lease, a name you have settled on. Existing facts change the order of the steps.
Call or write, and what each is good for
The phone, for the quick question
Ring +39 02 555 9876 inside monday to friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (cet/cest) and you reach the office directly. It is the right channel for scheduling, for chasing something already under way, and for working out whether your case needs the long answer or the short one.
Writing, for the answer you can keep
A question about Italian company law deserves an answer with the article of law attached, and that is a written answer. Use this form or write to info@company-in-italy.com: both reach the same inbox, and the reply is something you can forward to a bank, a notary or a co-founder.
Service prices
What an incorporation involves depends on the form of company, the number of shareholders, whether the notary sees you in person or by videoconference, and what you want us to keep doing after the company exists. We quote once those are known, not before.
If you already know what you want, the onboarding questionnaire collects the whole picture in one pass and saves a round of questions. If you are still deciding which form of company fits, start with Italian company types.
